Local, extremely helpful, friendly, thoughtful staff.  TRUSTWORTHY service!  I had a ton of items in my truck before a collision accident, and couldn't take them all before leaving the Peterson Towing grounds.  Later on, before the truck was towed to a St. Paul car lot, a kind staff member went out of his way to empty out my truck and place all items in the bed of his own personal truck, just to make sure they were all locked up in a garage, totally safe and secure.  It was a major, major help and blessing to me (who knows what would happen to the stuff in a St. Paul lot?--this from someone who's already experienced Twin Cities car theft).   Warm, friendly, caring to customers, personable.  Go with these guys at Peterson's!!!

Trent came right on out and was very helpful. He hooked up and I was out of the ditch in less than 30 minutes. I will highly recommend these guys to all my friends and family!
